In May 2019 F.R.E.S.H Studio's hosted a dance takeover of the Wandsworth Arts Fringe Festival. With a collective of dance artists, teachers and performers, we produced 20 unique dance events, which took over all three Saturdays of the festival.
Based at Fresh Ground in Clapham Junction. Here's what we had on offer.

On Your Feet
Our dance takeover of WAF#10 gave plenty of free opportunities for dancers to get their groove on. With an impressive programme of expert teachers, including some of the UK’s leading Black choreographers such as local artist Ben Love's, (founder of Ballet Soul) offering free ballet classes for young people and City Soul offering Latin dance experience.
Our popular free tasters are your opportunity to try out a variety of new dance styles. So remember to book earlier to avoid disappointment!

Each of our incredible masterclasses expresses the principles of F.R.E.S.H - Freedom in dance, own your Rhythm, Express yourself, Self-development and access to Higher Learning.
We offer specialist masterclasses with highly trained professional teachers that can offer you something unique.

Let’s Do It
F.R.E.S.H. Studios events are dynamic opportunities to experience something new in the world of dance. Something that combines a mind body and soul perspective aligned with the principles of F.R.E.S.H: Freedom, Rhythm, Express, Self, and Higher Learning.
In association with Dance of the African Diaspora (DAD) and One Dance UK and supported by Wandsworth Arts Fringe through Wandsworth Grant Fund. This year we featured screened pieces of Barwen Tavaziva's 'Izindava' and an open discussion with a panel of artists. Also an exclusive performance with Akeim Toussaint Buck's Birthing New Earth. An interactive, live art performance. where Akeim invited audiences to reimagine society by generating ideas to create a live performance of entertainment and enlightenment.
